If you make and sell lovely craft items, we're interested in hearing from you. You need to apply, spaces aren’t available without application.

We do not allow any bought-in; this is a 100% handmade and crafted event. No gift retailers, antiques / collectables or sellers-on, please. We do allow a limited number of craft supplies stalls but this is to be new retail stock.

You must have made your stock yourself, and you must be prepared to attend yourself. This is because we believe people want to find craft at craft events, and being able to chat to the person who made the item they are thinking of buying really adds to their experience.

The booking is for the trestle table, not the floor space.

We will provide you with one trestle table and two chairs. 

Setting up is on the day; packing away cannot commence before 4pm (when the event closes). 

The event will be well promoted.

If you would like to attend, please email through our Contact Page describing what your craft is, plus including a link to your website / facebook page if applicable. We many ask you to email us images of your work. This is purely so we can make sure there are not too many clashes plus we love to see what you make!

If your application is successful and we are able to book you in, you will be sent notes and a booking form which you will need to return with payment.
